As a teacher of both 'cello and chamber music, she is presently a professor at the Liceo Conservatory in Barcelona.
Amparo has given masterclasses at the Kunitachi College in Tokyo, the Shanghai Conservatory in China, in Morelia (Mexico), Lima (Peru) and Santa Domingo (the Dominican Republic).
Other organisations for which she has worked include the International Music Festival of Cervera, the Albeniz Foundation of Camprodon, Curso Internacional de Música de Cabra (Cordoba - Spain), the National Youth Orchestra of Catalonia (JONC), and the National Youth Orchestra of Spain (JONDE).
The Peter de Grote Festival is the largest chamber music festival of the Northern Netherlands with over fifty concerts in eleven days. Besides the concert series the festival organizes a Summer Academy for young, talented pianists, string instrumentalists and vocalists.
